Adventure on two wheels!
Whether mountain biking, road biking or e-biking - simply hop on the saddle and get cycling! Your holiday bike fun even begins right from your doorstep! With a long network of trails, the link to the Tauern cycle path and mountain railways available in summer helping you easily transport yourself to the start points of other brilliant trails, biking and cycling in Fusch and Zell am See offers pure enjoyment!
Experienced mountain bikers and ambitious downhillers will love the routes around the Buckerberg mountain to the Trauernalm across the Sulzbachtal, or the legendary MTB trails on the Hundstein mountain. Leisure cyclists, families and those wanting to explore the region at less intensive pace by e-bike will find their ideal terrain on well-prepared valley bike trails. The path around Lake Zell is a particularly recommended and popular cycle route.
Bend after bend around the Großglockner...
A must for every cyclist: A tour of the Großglockner High Alpine Road! Passing by the Ferleiten, this route continues up to the Fuscher Törl at 2,428 metres. Anyone with any energy left can take a detour from the Fuscher Törl to the Edelweißspitze peak. It’s easy to see why this cycle route is known as the "Königsstrecke" [’King’s Route’]: From Fusch, there are still 21 kilometres to go to reach the height of 1600 metres.
